World Champion Runners Up ????

Whilst ABs were all carousing in Holland, a few of the diehard 'oldies', were doing battle on the beaches of Wellingborough!!  ABs + adopted AB Glyn Thomas formed the backbone of a very creditable performance in the inaugural Regional Over 75s "7-a-Side" tournament.  According to Trevor Davies, he believes that the tournament was a 'World First' – and so I suppose that means Midlands are runners-up to world champions South!!!
